Information connected with your visit

When you use www.zararo.com, information may come from a checkout, an enquiry or the technical operation of the site. Names, delivery and contact details help fulfil an order. Product selections, payment status and transaction references help keep its record accurate. Messages and attachments help explain support requests, while browser, device and security information help operate and protect the service.

Use, access and retention

Processing must have an applicable basis, including performing a purchase, complying with legal duties, pursuing a legitimate purpose recognised by law or obtaining consent where required. Information may be handled by providers supporting hosting, payments, delivery and communications, or disclosed when the law requires it. Data entered directly with a payment provider is also governed by that provider's notice.

Technical and organisational safeguards are used to restrict inappropriate access. Retention reflects the purpose of the record and relevant accounting, legal and dispute requirements. Cookies or similar browser storage may support sessions and preferences; your browser can restrict them, although shopping functions may be affected.

Your requests

Contact orders@zararo.com to seek access, correction, deletion or another applicable privacy right, or to explain a concern about processing. The request may require proportionate identity checks, and some records may need to be retained under a lawful exception. You may also bring a concern to the Philippine National Privacy Commission. No online protection can eliminate every risk, so avoid including unnecessary sensitive information in an enquiry.
